today: i realized that the satisfaction of completing something (ie. getting some work done) > than that i gain from slacking (ie. watching TV/surfing the internet)
although i already knew this; the 'ephiphany' translates into renewed energy to work hard and as such i am very excited
tomorrow: hockey day in canada!
